clutch problems with new clutch

Recommended Posts

So here's the rundown I have a 90 Comanche just replaced everything in clutch. Flywheel master cylinder master cylinder line slave and everything else. My problem is after driving around and things heat up I either can't put into gear or it's very difficult to. I've bled it a million times and have plenty of pedal anyone got any ideas why this might happen? :???:

it was my sisters jeep. butt the clutch went out. so she was going to sell it :thwak:

i made a deal with her, if i drive to Reno Nv and swap the clutch the jeep is mine?

ever thing went well with the swap & i drove it back to LA CA from RENO NV with no problems, then the next day went to move it, & can't put into gear or it's very difficult to. i filled the master cylinder & checked for leaks found Nothing :hmm:

swapped the clutch master cylinder & bled it & checked the condition of the clutch line. was not that

moved on to the slave, got it warranted from a local NAPA

Ya that's what I was afraid of haha. Its just a pain to pull my trany back out due to axle upgrade. It has a Dana 44 in front from a 75 bronco so I had to make a new cross member so the bronco radius arms could connect to it. So every tome I pull the trany its a project keeping that axle from moving to much :wall:
