Chevy 4.3 TBI in an MJ?

So, my 2.5 is a little tired, and I have a 4 speed with 3:55's so it is a dog.

 

I have an opportunity to trade my 2.5L drive train (AX4 and 231) for the drivetrain from a 94 S-10 (4.3 TBI, auto, 231). Straight up trade.

 

Question: Has anyone done this? Does anyone have any input on things I need to know in advance?

 

This engine was on my short list of engine upgrades since with the Chevy bellhousing I could use an SM465 Muncie 4 speed behind it....but I want to know what to watch out for and how hard the swap would be. Would my cooling system be adequate? Etc.?

I don't know too much about the swap but, you would need the wiring harness and ECU from the S10 also. I would think you might wanna look for a complete parts truck to have everything you need. Why not just pick up a complete running H.O XJ with no tittle for 500 bucks?
