well I picked up a 68 and a 74. the purple one ( coverd in road salt) is the 68 it has a v6 225 d44 rearend closed knuck up front. somesort of cage that someone made. the frame tub and running gear are in great shape.

the 74 is a 232 runs like a top full cage inside. 33's that are 2 years old but not much running one them. top and doors are 2 years old. d44 rear works great but tub is in sad shape.

plan is the 255 v6 is going into the scrambler build of my brothers. the 68 tub is comming off and being put on the 74 and the rest well ya just never know.

thanks. I was out working on it today. I got the tap and foam off the rollbar. clutch is not unstuck, carb working, but i am going to need a distrbuter as the cap is broken and the guts are all f-ed up...

drained all oils and filled up with new.

I may have just got a jeepster on trade for some parts. body in poor shape but rebuildable.

it also has the 225 and auto th400 tranny.

the 225 from what I can find on the WWW, has 160hp and is lighter then the stright 6... hummmmm more hp and lighter works for me...
