Budhound Posted December 29, 2008 Share Posted December 29, 2008 I don't know what is going on. I have a 86 manche 2.5L manual with 165k miles on it. For some reason the 10 amp fuse that is in the parking light wiring system keeps blowing when the truck is running. WHen its off the parking lights, signal lights, and running lights for the tail lamps work but when its running the fuse blows. The tail light bulbs are still working because my hazards work but I was jsut wondering if anyone has had the same problem. water has gotten on the fuse panel before due to a leak so I'm thinking its that and everything was working prior to that. any help willbe greatfull Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
smartazz19 Posted December 29, 2008 Share Posted December 29, 2008 The first thing I would do is take out the 2 screws holding the fuse block on and check for corrosion. You said it got wet, so look at the back and make sure nothing is messed up. I took mine off yesterday to repair my flasher fuse that was not working.
