  1. Ok wel guys I've been wanting to do this for some time as I don't have a/c and I like to offroad. I like rocks but sometimes u have to hit the water. 88 4.0, first I remove the belt, remove the idler pulley and a/c bracket. Remove alt and all brackets. Cut 2 ears from the idler pulley they are the perfect space. One of these spacers goes onto the small tab to a/c mount Next take the steel alt bracket trim to fit. At the alt this is your second spacer location. I am running this with the mechanical fan for now. Belt I grabbed at a jy for testing if needed I can get a p#. I'm sure ill have more on this. And I need to grab an upper radiator hose for an a/c truck.
