I'm taking the aw4 out of my 87 comanche to put a ax-15 out of a 96 cherokee in it.i know all of yall r gonna say thats a cray idea but its what i want to do. what do i need to make the tranny work? the ax15 is out of a 2wd.how can i get my np231 to bolt on it? what can i take a drive shaft out of for this to work? i know il will have to change the input shaft..can i use the input shaft from my aw4?? do i need to order a clutch for a ba10.5 since the input shaft will be for a 87?? what about sensors and such?? sorry for all of the questions I'm just hoping someone on here knows more then me haha thanks yall!

ive heard of doin this on dodges.basicly you just take a dremmel or a mill or anythign else and mill out a bigger hole above your butterfly valve whic gives more air and in tern more power.or so its said.. :dunno: i was wondering if anyone has tried this on a renix 4.0? is it possible? outcome? thanks yall!

equipment operator on a 1200 head dairy farm.

as it says i flushed my heater core and still the same problem.when the engine is cold there is completely no air hot or cold coming out of vents.as it gets warm it blows warm air but hardly any.the fan controll is like it doesnt even work.high or low stilll the same amount of air comin out.my bro got mad the other day and kicked under the dash and we heard somethin squeeaking and then it was like the high fan controll started workin and it started dumping the air out. what do i need to do?? what could be the problem??

i was shootin for the interior. the outside of mine don't look too good.and i aint too worried about it too muich

so ive herd u guys talkin bout the spacers and drop shackles. is there a certain type of spacer thats better than another?? and certain year of chevy?? do you need new shocks if u do this?? I'm only 16 so I'm not rele smart as u all..can someone explain how a DROP shackle LIFTS?? haha sorry if thats a dumbb question. :rotf:

i really like the 2 inch idea so the chevy 2 ich drop shackles.I'm guessin u take the mj shackles off the back and put them in?? and is there a certain type of puck or spacer thats good??like snap ins or wrench adustable?? can someone put some pics or url that shows me?? sorry I'm not reallty smart bout these things :doh:

what purpose does a catalytic converter serve?? will a renix 4.0 run right without it??

I'm doin a SOA on my mj.that is about 6" right?? I'm only wanting 4.5". is there any way i can put my stock springs over my axle and do somethin to keep the rear at 4.5"?? rustys has a kit that is 4.5" SOA.has anyone used this?? i don't see how it will sit level so is there any way to make it do that??

and what kind of sending unit do i need to replace the old 1s with??

ok first is the gauge cluster.ive got the idiot lights.I'm wanting a new cluster with a tach and gauges. what is the best and easiest way the take the old cluster out? where to unhook the speedo cable is the best?? and is there any other cluster that will plug back into the plug from the stock idiot light cluster??i can do without the tach but would like it.just lookin for tips and ideas? my next question is the quick snap things as found on the fuel rail and tranny coolant lines. my concern is on the transmission coolant lines.has anyone rigged up a way to go without these? or a way so they won't leak or crack? any easy or better way to use them? once again just lookin for tips and advice.

i just changed my brake booster too.and i don't have brake lights until i press my pedal to the floor.i really need a answer to this question too

alright.ill keep them ideas in mind.and are the add a leaf lifts like rough country makes any good?? i cut fire wood and haul scrap metal so my mj takes a load a lot.will the add a leaf decrease my hauling ability?
