would a bad ignition module (the one under the coil) cause a no power issue when the key is turned? doesn't even crank...just dead
Is there a neutral safety switch on a BA/10 equipped comanche?
I have not replaced the key tumbler but i have replaced the ignition switch.when the switch was hooked up i had to turn the key forward to start so i figured the tumbler was good? just flip the switch to power up the ignition. I have no power to any of the wires at the plug at the ignition module. I also have no power at the IGN wire at the fuse block.
I have a 88 renix 4.0 manual that somebody has bypassed the ignition to a switch with a wire then ran power back to the battery... I'm trying to correct this so i re soldered the yellow wire back together. i have nothing now when i turn the key no fuel pump kick or buzzer, just dead... any idead what he could have been bypassing by doin this that might be bad? any info would be greatly appreciated as this is driving me nut's trying to figure out!
Going to look at the trans today. not sure what he has all there. can the same hydro line be used and throw out bearing fork if it's an external slave setup? also what about the master cylinder? been searching can't seem to find this info.
I found one, he's not sure if it's out of a 94 or 95...... and pry doesn't come with a master cylinder or line. what year did they change to external slave?
Hey guys,
I finally got some cash saved up to purchase a trans and get rid of the puke goat,Anyways I have a few questions. My local junk yard has a ax-15 out of a 2wd 99 cherokee. will this work in my 4wd and if so what needs to be done?
I'm in the process of puting a 8.25 in my comanche. Where would be the best place to mount my new lower shock brackets? Does where u mount them affect the ride?
