  1. Submitting my app to BaT in the next couple weeks. My mother in law is on board. Will use the proceeds to put towards a new Wrangler for my daughter and pass it down to my son when she heads off to college. Ended up putting new fuel injectors on it. Drove it around for a few hours today. Got several waves and a thumbs of from a CJ! If any CF guys are interested let me know! Will post the link once it gets listed. I do have some concerns as I see the seller get beat up from time to time of BaT for not knowing certain things about their listing. I may need to reach out here for some answers! Thanks!
  2. Thank you! Maybe I should get the process started sooner than later so it’s ready for spring! Much appreciated!
  3. Thank you! Do you think the time of the year it’s posted will impact sale price/interest much? Thank you!
  4. Thanks for your alls input. I’d like a Comanche enthusiast to get it so may post it on here soon! Thanks!
  5. how much do you think it will bring on BaT? It’s going to break my mother in laws heart! It was her dad’s. She knows it needs to move on though!
  6. Thank you for your thoughts. I own a small construction company and have a few trucks. We were going to give it to my son when he turns 16 but realize that the value in it is it’s pristine all original condition. That too is the reason I’m leery of driving it to car shows, etc. I think it’s a really cool time capsule that needs to be enjoyed by someone that appreciates it for what it is. I drove it to our local Jeep dealership and got stuck there for 3 hours with people looking at it. The dealership offered me to display it on their showroom floor. We do drive it at least every 2 months, more in the summer…..
  7. Found handbook and window sticker in the glovebox.
  8. I just saw one on BaT that led me to this forum! Thank you! It is the 6 cycle. Absolutely no rust whatsoever. It came from West Virginia. Very rarely driven as he was retired when he purchased it. Wouldn’t even drive it in the rain. I’ll get some pictures of the undercarriage when warms up a bit! Thank you!!!
  9. Hi all. New to site and looking for some knowledge. My wife inherited this Comanche about 6 years ago from her grandfather. Know very very little about it but I think it’s time to sell it. IJ7FJ36L7LL268327 38k miles everything is original except tires that just got replaced as well as a new battery. interior had a new matching headliner as well. I would imagine this is the cleanest most pristine still in existence. Seat covers put on day one. Always garaged and cleaned every Sunday. Car covered in garage since we inherited. Please let me know what you guys think it’s worth and any other information that would help me sell it. I greatly greatly appreciate your time and knowledge!
