So could i be getting too much fuel pressure?

I’ve got a 90 MJ that’s running rich and i can’t seem to figure it out. I bought it with a bad head gasket and got it running only to find out it had a bigger camshaft installed. I found the paperwork under the seat for it attached. I’ve been replacing everything i can think of to help lean it out to no avail. New coil, cap, rotor, wires plugs, tps, cts,o2, and still running extremely rich. Fuel pressure when running is 40psi. Priming the pump with engine off is 10psi, then it bleeds down quickly. Is the bleed down normal? What else could be the issue?
