swapped to chrysler HO

'89 comanche swapped with a 96 cherokee 4.0 and ax-15 no parking lights front and rear, no gauge lights, and no longer get accessory power when the headlight switch is pulled. Truck was in an accident and ever since then the lights haven't worked. Fuse #15 (10a) is not getting power but is getting ground, any advice greatly appreciated!

Update: I just started pulling tape off some of the wire bundles and now i’m starting to wonder how they ever worked.

I have running lights in front and rear and ground through chassis

Lost my brake lights, turn signals, and hazards in the rear. Turn signals and hazards still work in the front and run lights also still work. I’ve checked the bulbs, fuses, the rear connector, the grounds looked good, and cleaned out my fuse box’s connector too. My stock taillights currently aren’t wired up just have two trailer lights that worked before. Any help is greatly appreciated!
