  1. Thanks all for your responses! Looks like those rustys control arms will do the trick! Thanks motownXJdad for finding and sharing the link!
  2. Thank you for the response. I guess I'm going to have to if there is no alternative
  3. Hi all, I have the 31 inch tires rubbing on lower control arms issue on stock wheels with 3 inches of lift. I understand switching to WJ lower control arms issue will fix this problem and I did order them and have them. What I didn't realize is they are not a direct bolt on and they have to be ground down in order to fit on the frame side mounts and I don't want to deal with having to do that. Will any other after market direct bolt on lower control arms address this rubbing issue? Thanks
  4. Thank you!
  5. Thank you for sharing that image. That is what mine looks like, not exactly sure what I'm missing
  6. Mine looks to have the same drop at the center of the cross member. Here it is again from the other side, first picture. I removed the spacers and reinstalled everything and the vibrations seem to have gone down significantly although they still occur on occasion. I also feel something lightly hit now going over bumps so I think the exhaust bracket is now too close to the cross member?
  7. Thanks for your responses. Anyone have photos on what it should look like and part number to the correct crossmember?

  9. I am getting really bad vibrations taking off in first gear and in reverse. I was thinking the motor mounts and transmission mount may be bad so I replaced them. I still have the vibrations although not as bad. I noticed there are these spacers between the transmission mount bracket and the transmission. Are these supposed to be there? They may be pushing the transmission too far up so that it's hitting on the tub? If they are not supposed to be there, I'm guessing the bolts may be too long if I remove them and try to reinstall. Anyone know the thread and correct length of bolt that should go there? Thanks
