I figure out that the red battery wire at d4 was broken in the c100 connector in the firewall that goes to the fuse block. Thanks for the suggestions.

Today I put a jumper wire to the red wire on the ignition switch and everything worked and truck ran. So, I am losing power to the red ignition wire somewhere.

I bought a new ignition switch and tested it in the cab and still nothing. By testing in the cab I mean cycling the switch with a screwdriver.

1987 4.0l aw-4 4x4 The truck sat for a few months. I jumped it off to move it, and while I was driving I turned on the a/c. As soon as I powered on the a/c the truck died. Since that day, the only thing that works are the headlights. I have put in a fresh battery and cables, new starter relay, have checked all of the fuseable links to be good. Any help would be much appreciated.
