I have this posted on FB but was told the Admins here can help. I purchased this project a couple years ago with bill of sale in Oregon....the guy selling it thought it was an Oregon vehicle. I've been driving it during the pandemic because the state offices gave an allowance for registration because of closures. So far I know it was registered and possibly first sold in San Francisco CA. and last record obtained shows passing emissions in SF in 1998. California is no help, as the purge their files after 6 years of no activity. Admins any help?
