Keeponjeepinon , thanks for the pic. That gives me an idea what I'm up against. So far I think can save the bed. Atleast I'm hoping!

Think my biggest concern is where it meets the bed sides. I'll have to do some experimenting when I get to the bed repairs.

Anybody replace the bed inner wheel wells? My son's are pretty bad shape, just wondering if anyone has used wells out of another pickup?
