Nope brand new

Hey yall. Ss my 89 has been having a problem recently where it starts super slow and takes a while to get up to idle. When I first turn the key it sounds like its just barely starting and is puttering, but slowly gets up to idle, especially if I give it some gas. Anyone have any Ideas? Also realized that my radio now won't turn on for a bit too, so might be a battery issue. Battery has been replaced recently though. Thanks for any help!
