  1. I think there is a spacer missing too?
  2. Hiya! A bolt from my trucks lift recently come off, I believe it is part of the sway bar disconnect and have been trying to find the right part to order. It seems like a standard sized bolt with some kind of extra padding around the joint.
  3. Hi! I'm an old lurker, newish poster and am trying to figure out how people add the footer with vehicle info to posts. I looked around on the profile settings and couldn't figure it out 😅....thanks guys
  4. Just added my first mod to the jeep. Pretty minor compared to the stuff I'm planning for later this week... Replacing the ball joints, from upper and lower control arms, and track bar. Wish me luck! I've never done anything like this before
  5. Earlier this summer I bought my first MJ and it was the best bad decision I've ever made. I own 2 trucks, an ‘02 Yukon and an ‘88 MJ Pioneer, but I am selling my Yukon this week so the time has come to start upgrading my jeep. My MJ developed death wobble, so I am about to start replacing a lot of the front steering components, then plan on overhauling the suspension+Lifting slightly, then I would like to replace the fuel pump before the winter hits. This is where I start to get lost. It is my first time working on a vehicle, buying my own parts etc, and I have noticed a myriad of options available for the fuel pump (in tank, external, etc). I am wondering what the advantages are, or if there is a “best option” and if y'all have any tips for easy install.
  6. I bought an 88 4x4 long bed auto comanche a few weeks ago that is in absolutely beautiful condition. I bought it with the vision of converting it to a full electric build and have been doing research on what the market is like for components but tbh i have almost no mechanic experience. I am hoping i could do this conversion in the next few years or so and am hoping to gain as much knowledge in that time as possible on car mechanics and EV conversions. I am a fast and hands on learner so i feel capable of accomplishing most mechanics if i had correct and clear instructions. so i am wondering, has anyone ever attempted this before or another EV build who would be willing to lend some and knowledge on whats available and what will fit /work well? Or are you interested in doing a build like this and would be interested in doing it with me or converting your truck at the same time? I am in eastern AZ. I am already aware this is an expensive project done right, safe and clean, but am interested in investing. thanks for the help!
  7. This is my 1988 Jeep Comanche Pioneer long bed 4x4 automatic 4.0 i6 99,000 miles Currently in Eastern AZ, was purchased in SW colorado sticker on the door is gone, but was manufactured in Toledo, Ohio when jeep was owned by AMC it has cloth bucket seats, and tan interior not sure what the engine/transfer case/trans specs are, though would like to know, have also been wondering if it is on stock suspension and how large tires i could put on it if i leveled it in the front (or rather what lift id need to put 31in tires on it) the pic of the side is on a slight hill so its difficult to see the difference but the back is just over an inch taller
