Midlands, not upstate, current owner picked it up somewhere around Monroe, NC

I was just searching threads and was about to join the forum and make a similar post, didn't realize you had done it already Glenn. If anybody has any info that'd be great. I'm interested in buying, took Glenn with to look at it today since he's a lot more knowledgeable on MJ's. Was sold to current owner in the Monroe NC area from the way it sounds, something like 6 months ago give or take.
