  1. Well it’s leaking from the port that goes to the rear brake line. But I’m guessing it’s the same answer.
  2. Yes I ordered the valve for 1990 and I’ll get the pic of the line flair when I can.
  3. My Jeep is 1990 and that valve is brand new from Morris 4x4
  4. Steel line. And. We used a bar and clamp style tool like you would get at a auto parts store
  5. I’m not by the Jeep but I used double inverted flairs
  6. Where my thumb is it leaks there right past the fitting.
  7. Fluid goes back there. But it always leaks at the fitting where the rear brake line meets the proportioning valve. I’ve replaced lines and fitting reflaired it twice same thing weeps and then I lose brakes.
  8. Hey gang me and another me ever are having brake issues with brake proportioning valve. My case last owner took the rear sensing valve out and brake line and replaced the proportioning valve what looked like a xj one. It held pressure but I had no rear brakes at all. So I ordered up a new one and installed it and new fittings and 3/16 brake lines and the darn thing weeps around the fitting under pressure. I got another valve from Morris 4x4 under warranty. Any help or tips would be wonderful. Thankyou.
