I’m not keen on keeping Renix. Can I just instal a holly sniper EFI to simplify things? I’ve never dealt with computers or harnesses

I just bought a 89 Comanche 4.0 other a 5 speed. My new project never worked on a Jeep so I’m getting educated. I would like to build a newer 4.0 for it and a new transmission to match can anyone tell me what will bolt up thoughts on gearing ( not going to be rock crawling more of a ice fishing rig/mud not to extreme)
