I was just told thay my manual transmission ive got in the 2wd manche i won't be able to use with the 4x4 kit is thay true???? I really hope not of so is there any way i can keep the manual trans witb 4x4?

So i own a 1989 jeep comanche 4.0 liter 2wd and getting everything from a 1989 jeep comanche 4.0 4x4 like transfer case, front axle, both driveshafts and the transmission. Now is it pretty straightforward from there? Like basically bolting it on in replacement of the 2wd transmission?
