Fellow Comanche enthusiasts, good folks, I have the 88 Comanche 4 lit short bed. I hope I have the right forum for asking this, if not please direct me towards where I should be asking, if you would kindly. Thanks. Just coming out of storage for many years and after clearing fuel line the sending unit doesnt function and really needs to be replaced. Do any of you good folks happen to know somewhere where we can order the fuel sending unit? The dealer gave me part no's and turned us towards Mopar's site, but he doesnt have the part. In summary: Mopar -no Dealer-no JCWhitney+Ebay+Amazon just generic version -won't fit. Has anybody had any luck finding where one can get the fuel sending unit for 88 Comanche 4 liter? I have the 88 Comanche 4 lit short bed. Mine was in storage for 7 years as well. We by-passed relay on upper left side under hood to check the fuel pump if was working adequately and it turned out while it was pumping, it wasnt pumping enough, which explained the start temp but no idle for my situation; if that helps. )) One question if you good folks would be so kind, where on earth do you get the sending unit for this model?
