  1. That link mentions it uses the stock headlight switch, I’ll be using the 1999 headlight switch
  2. Eh! The parts Jeep I have was in a front end accident so I don’t have the new headlights. So just to clarify THis kit plugs into the 1999 headllight harness to run my 1989 headlight?
  3. Hey guys working on my 1989 Comanche.Been a long 6 years with the renix it’s time to go. I have the motor, transmission, seats carpet, wire harness all ripped out and of course my driver floor is rusted where the T Case shifter mounts up to. Next week I’m swapping in an entire 1999 Cherokee, engine, dash, seats pretty much everything I can make fit. looking for some advice from you guys that have done this swap before starting it next week!
  4. Seems to lose fuel Pressure to zero after about 20 minutes
  5. After installing numerous parts including jeepcables.com ground kit, to camshaft sensors.. etc.. I’m left with one last issue with truck, It has a 20 second cranking before it starts! Have tested fuel pressure , 35 psi while running
  6. Huge update on this thread, turned out to be my Ignition control module under my Ignition coil. Thanks for all the tips and tricks to get it fixed.
  7. Had one stall out after installing the New Drilled out CPS, Now has been running for over 3 hours with no interement stalling. Installed new battery , Jeep over heated so turned it off and then found out my jeep has drained it dead.. so seems to have fixed my interment stalling but now 2 problems arise
  8. Update,Dropped mounted bolt in bel housing, Driled out CPS sensor out, now running at .4 ACV. Still have interment stalling
  9. Alright I’ll start with a new sensor and see what that does, thanks for the help.
  10. Oh hey right on! Buddy of mine was just down visiting from Prince George! The smoke down here is worse than last year. So installed the newer looking cps and it’s reading .1-.2. Got steady fuel pressure when it stalls, it’s really got me stumped and it’s been like this a while.
  11. After it stalls it will start back up if I hold the pedal to the floor

  13. I’m located in Kamloops BC. I’m getting a .1 ACV reading while cranking on the CPS
  14. When i tested the CPS those numbers are from when I was cranking on it
  15. Also have refreshed the grounds to my dipstick, firewall. Cleaned out plugs including the one in front of my left headlight. My 1989 does not have the C 101 plug
  16. Hey back working on the MJ, tested my CPS cold and it read 208-218 , tested the COS after it stalls and it read 209-222. When I plug and unplug theCPS sensor it seems to start back up for a few moments and die again.. Thanks for the help guys
  17. Ok I was thinking he same too, I’ve got a fuel pressure gauge hooked up reading 35 at idle. While it’s running it will start to stumble but if I step on the gas it’ll power through it and not stall. Maybe weak fuel pump
  18. Sorry, it always Turns over. Yes I mean that it will start and run for a few minutes until it dies again.
  19. Hey everybody I’ve got a 1989 Jeep Comanche with a 7 inch BDS lifT kit. Recently this year it decides to shut off when it warms up which is about 10 minutes.The truck will turn back over after it sits for a good 5 minutes Over the years of owning it I’ve replaced the CPS sensor, O2 sensor, refreshed grounds, cables, EGR valve, and replaced fuel pump.. list goes out. Reaching out to you guys in hopes to get my Wheelin Machine going again! Thnx
