Hello all, as I posted the other week, I am now a proud owner of a 1987 2WD , 4.0 , Jeep Comanche sport truck. I was wondering what the stock tire size for this truck is? Currently they are a 205/75/15. If that is a stock size, what's the largest size I could go staying stock? 235/75/15? Or is there a tire that can fill the fender opening width wise, so the truck does look so narrow? Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

Yeah, it's a very nice, clean Comanche. One of the better ones I've seen. Thanks for the responses. I'll do a vin check on it as well. Owners are good strait forward people.

Hey Guys, new to the forums here. I am in the process of looking at/ buying a 1987 JEEP COMANCHE SPORT TRUCK. It's a 2wd, auto, 4.0L, 81,000 Miles, bench seat, 2 OWNERS, always garage kept' never in salt. I viewed it Friday, and taking it for a test drive tomorrow. Truck is in Amazing shape, NO RUST, no imperfections anywhere. Just wanted opinions on what one would pay for one in this shape and mileage. I have been looking for a Comanche for some time now. All tho the truck is not a 4wd it doesn't matter much, I already have a 4x4 grand Cherokee lifted 6", long arms, etc. So the 4x4 doesn't bother me too too much. Just wondering a fair price to offer him.
