thats what i did and i replaced all those parts that i just meantioned

ball joints are good, replaced 2 tie rod ends and the track bar. but there is a little play in the steering even though i replaced those parts

believe me its like I'm in a funny car lurching lol it only happens at about 55 mph tho. and sometimes it won't even do it. :wall:

i replaced all the worn front end parts on my mj and the death wobble is still there! :headpop: what else could it possibly be?

yeah i wanna 4wd it but as of right now its my daily driver and i really don't have the cash. and ill forsure call that number thanks alot man. :cheers:

no i got it from a kid my age named billy.

lol coreys got it right. he just thinks he can get big money out of it cus its outa a jeep. and no its only a 2wd trans so yeah he wants 100 for the bellhousing lol but i dunno the guy was a real prick to me so i don't think ima git it from him but i really need it lol

as of right now i just have the one but i should have more soon

he wants 250 for the trans but only 150 fot the gear box. it had a 4.0 in front of it and i believe it was out of a 1990

i found a trans on craiglist for $250 guy doesnt know what modle it is though. but i was thinking cus my clutch and bell housing are fine maybe i could just look for a gearbox? :dunno:

no i can get it into reverse but when i release the clutch it just grinds really bad

yeah i dolive in michigan but i just got thetruck a couple of months ago

nothin special lol work in progress though. 8) 1988 comanche, 5 speed, 4.0 255,000 miles 31x10.50 superswampers on the back and 31x10.50 bfg all terrains on the front.full posie 3.73 in the rear. its only 2wd though..... for now :banana: lol

no as of right now its only two but itll be four soon enuf :D i gotta fix my trans first i think i need a clutch.

i dunno whats going on with my transmission. i got a 88 comanche 5 speed. NO reverse at all and its hard to get into 3rd while I'm driving.... and also has a deat wobble on the highway. but if i pull it out of gear the wobble goes away... can anyone help me? :dunno:

I'm new to this site so a little bit about me. i have a 1988 comanche with 31x10.50 tsl superswampers a full posie 3.73 rear end and an inline 6 4.0 with a 5 speed manual trans. 255,000 miles on her and shes my everyday driver lol ill post pics soon. -Derek-
