  1. Hi everyone i have a 1987 Jeep comanche 4.0L. Lately ive noticed a little bit of coolant leaking in the cab of the truck. wondering if its the heater core or something of that nature and what is the best procedure. and also the valve that is close to the core itself is there a way to bypass it by any chance because i notice it leaks some
  2. Thanks I believe its gonns be on the sockets for the turn signals and the headlights will be a easy fix
  3. I have a 87' Mj 4.0L. Does anyone have an idea of why neither of my front signals work? I'm getting power all the way to the connector on both because when o probe it with a test light it will blink. The back ones work just not the front. Also is there anyone with an idea of how to make my headlights brighter because they are only getting roughly 10.5 volts each. Thanks!

  5. But if it was the bulbs wouldn't it not illuminate? When I put my blinker on and walk to the front or back of truck its just a solid light
  6. Is it 1157s? And also on your picture of your fuse box what clip did you use to snap into radio spot and then did you run a wire from there to inline fuse to the radio
  7. Also along with this cruiser54 on the renix tips on the 10 pin connector driver side front beside filter box the probes are sliding down in the harness and I don't think they are making a secure connection.
  8. Nothing changed the hazzards worked but turn signals were the same just solid
  9. I just noticed tonight I thought it was a trailer wire hitting the frame it must be further up. I took my key out of the truck and closed the doors. I disconnected the plug in the back grabbed my test light stuck my ground on and probed the top left one which is a blue wire it was the only one to light up. Any more suggestions?
  10. Does anyone know why when you cut your blinker on either left or right it doesn't blink(or click) and is just a solid green arrow? I know there is a type of cylinder shaped two pronged relay in the fuse box but wanted more opinions signal switch or relay?
  11. Got it running smooth it was the map sensor vacuum was detached. I also noticed that my wiring for the signal, tail, parking light where cracked. Do you have a suggestion on how to tackle rewiring the whole truck because over time its gonna short out again.
  12. The trailer wire was grounding out under the tailgate. And do you have a write up or diagram on all thr vaccuum hoses a lot are cracked brittle and busted
  13. Also on the rough idle I noticed when I disconnect the fuel pump while it's running it idles smoothly for those few seconds kind of like its getting too much fuel/pressure.
  14. Mistake it has no radio and its not the gauges fuse its parking lps
  15. For some reason also I forgot to mention the fuse(Gauges) blows everytime I put one in when I turn the key
  16. Ok I have an 87 mj 4.0. First thing first it idles very poorly and sometimes just shuts off while driving and also starts to spit and sputter when accelerating. When I turn my lights on at night the dash illuminated lights don't work. My turn signal stays solid green and doesn't blink both right and left. My running tail lights don't work. Help/suggestions would be appreviated.
  17. I have a 87 mj with 4.0 and everytime I press the horn there horn doesnt work and there is a clicking noise coming from somewhere around the fuse box. Anyone know how to fix this?

  19. Can anyone give me the part number or a place to find the 2 elbows that go on top of the valve cover that looks like pcv valves? I need the grommet and the elbows! Thanks.
