I bought the truck about 4 months ago. It has never worked. Never really bothered me. Got an inspection coming up and was hoping to fix it right.

I found the fuse HD LP FLY 25 amp. Fuse is good. Maybe I am missing the relay. Not seeing any unused connectors in that area though

Driver side/passenger side? I don't hear any clicking from a relay when I press the horn button. Fuse location? Its not marked on either of my fuse boxes. Thanks for the picture

So I'm trying to diagnose why my horn is not working. Can someone please tell me where the horn fuse and relay are. I have put a jumper directly from horn to power and it works. I have also pull horn button apart and cleaned a bit of rust off the contact point. I'm working on a 91 . Thanks
