I was just wonderin if there are and comanche club bumber stickers or winshield stickers or if anyone has had one made. If not I think it would be good advertisement. Maybe just www.comancheclub.com across the winshield?

So I'm thinkin about gettin a rebuild kit for that transfer case, they run about $150. Has anyone ever rebuilt a transfer case or know anything about it?

So i can use the 231 in the xj and just not have part time 4wd and it should be fine?

Well after a bunch of BS it seems to be the transfer case, go figure lol. It turns out its a 242 and i have a 231 here, can they be swapped? Whats the difference?

don't think its in the axle, havent tried 4wd, the grinding is comin from the tranny/transfer case area... It just showed up on the rollback so I'm goin to check it out...

So my wifes XJ is sitting along the interstate right now. When you put it in any gear it just grinds and won't go. Its got the AW4 transmission and I'm pretty sure a 231 transfer case. Any ideas of what it could be?

Pretty exciting game. 1-0! We shouldnt have a problem goin 2-0 next week. This seasons schedule looks like a joke, considering the schedule we had last year!

I love the krylon fusion, i used the black on my wifes xj and I'm gonna use it on the tj flares for my mj. It gives them a really good look, I would definitely recommend it as well.

We have a set of the Cooper Dicoverer STTs on my wifes XJ and i love em. They are pretty quiet on the road and do really well on rocks, mud and so on. I would recommend them.

I have an '89 Comanche 4x4 4.0L 5 speed, how can i tell what tranny i got? Is it a Peugeot, i havent heard such good things about them.

I wanna start a build thread and post some pics in the "introduce your comanche" and so on but here's my stupid question. How do you apply pics to a post?. It seems to be a little different than other sites ive been on.
