1. The Truck stayed in Washington state all it's life.
2. Thank you guys for all the advice. I am happy i signed up a lot of good info and defiantly something new for me I am ready to start my learning more about these amazing trucks. I uploaded some pictures in the link below please check them out and tell me what you think? I will make sure to get under the jeep and look around for rust. Also if you guys can help me out with some knowledge of the 1987 jeep comanche, if they are any good. I owned a 1997 jeep cherokee that was just a nightmare i bought it for 3,400 and a week later my engine blew so i changed that, bottom line that jeep ended up to be 6k in everything and i sold it for 3k. That's why I am here looking for advice so I don't do the same mistake twice. Also the Jeep was in Washington its whole life. http://tinypic.com/r/2w7r4zp/8
3. I am looking into purchasing a 1987 jeep comanche and need some advice. I really love the comanche, so I have some questions. I found a 1987 comanche with 118k miles the guy is the 2nd owner of it he did a lot of work to it like changing the fuel pump, changed the belts, put a 5 speed manual AX-15 tranny, engine runs great. The body needs some work tho the clear coat is pealing but other then that he said it's rust free, and no dents on the body. Original 4x4 with the 4.0 i6 engine. He is asking 2,400 I wanna know if that is a good price or is it too much? I have a picture but I don't know how to upload it.
