Hey all, I'm new to the world of jeep and I could use some advice. I just changed the oil in my 87 2.5l 4x4, manual 4-speed to some asi spec royal purple 10w30, but On Tuesday I'm going to be pulling a small 2000lb trailer for an 8 hour drive. Now, I did too much research online and have myself worried that the oil won't provide the protection I need due to lower Zddp content. Am I worrying myself for no reason? I do have in my possession 4 quarts of royal purple xpr 10w40 that I could swap it out with. But is it really going to make a difference to my engine if I do?
