  1. Thanks a lot, Pete!
  2. Brother, I don't know why I didn't see that the first time. Sorry.
  3. Thank you, sir. What's your email address?
  4. I'm having trouble uploading a profile picture. It says the picture is too big; I have no idea how I might adjust the picture size. Any suggestions?
  5. Yeah, I've got a baby who rides in a car seat. I wouldn't ride with her if I didn't absolutely have to. Figured it'd be nice in case of an emergency and we couldn't use the family vehicle for some reason. I just realized it's a five speed, though. I've gotta check to see if I could even shift with a car seat in the center.
  6. That seems like a pretty good idea.
  7. Thank you, sir. I'm considering options for my spare and have the same exact concerns. I'm kinda liking the idea of that roof rack, too.
  8. What are you using to patch the pin holes?
  9. I have not, either. I'd love to go.
  10. This thread is getting way off topic.
  11. You guys have the best kickboxers.
  12. Neohic: Any idea what tire rack that is? I'm looking for one.
  13. Thanks, anyways, brother. You know, I've only heard really good things about the Netherlands.
  14. Looking for suggestions on floor mats. What do you use?
  15. Awesome news about the lap belt. Thanks, fellas. onlyinajeep726: I'll PM you.
  16. I'm looking to refurbish my floors. I can see from under the cab that part of the floor pan is rusted through (a pretty small area, from what I can see); still, I won't know the full extent of the damage until I manage to rip up the carpet. I'm planning on patching up the holes, and that's where I have questions. Once the holes are patched, what might you suggest I use to reseal the floor pans to protect against future rust? I'm also thinking about thermal insulation. Lastly, I'm looking for non-carpet options to finish the floor. So what I have in mind is: 1. Rip up carpet and patch the floors. 2. Apply POR-15 paint (or something similar). 3. Apply spray-on thermal insulation (something like a Lizard Skin Ceramic Insulation). 4. Rhino line the floors. I just did some google searches and these were the first products listed. What do you guys think? Any part of this a bad idea for any reason? I'm open to hear any and all suggestions. Once I get started, I'll document the process and make a thread on the forum.
  17. If you want to sell it and are near western NC, let me know.
  18. Right on, lol. Nice to meet you guys.
  19. Oh, right on. That's good news. I'm not really sure. It's not ripped up too terribly, really. It's stained pretty badly and it's pretty noisy. I'm not very tall, so I adjust the seat forward a little; when the back isn't pressed up against the back of the cab it rocks back and forth easily (which may be common with all the Comanche bench seats; I'm not sure). Do you have similar issues with your seat?
  20. Quick question. I just got my first MJ and it needs some interior work. It came with a bench seat that's in pretty rough condition. I'd like to replace it with another bench seat, but that'd be pointless without a lap belt in the center. Am I correct in thinking that the Comanche bench seats don't have the lap belt in the center? This may be a stupid question, but is there a means of installing a seat belt? I've noticed that some guys in the club have installed bench seats from other makes, but I'd prefer to use Jeep stuff exclusively, if at all possible. If that's my only option, I may just opt for the buckets. Still, if there are bench seats from other makes that work better than others, I'd love to know.
  21. Thanks, fellas. I'm in Maggie Valley. Nice to have a local on here. Hit me up when you get back in town.
  22. Hi, all. I just got my first Comanche (I've always wanted one), and I'm super excited. I don't know much about them, and you guys seem pretty cool and knowledgeable, so I wanted to join the club. I couldn't find any forum rules written down, so if I make a mistake or you guys have any tips or opinions, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'll be posting truck info and pics in the next few days; I've got a lot of questions and a lot of ideas for the truck. I can't wait to get to work. Thanks for having me and I'm really looking forward to getting to know all of you.
