ok just measured the center to flare rear is 17 1/2 and the front is 16 does this help

ok the 4.0 was shot replaced it with a 4.4 chevy v8 that has weight is 15 pounds more than the orginal I'm the second owner and nothing has been done to the truck for the past 20 yrs. so I don't know if it is spring sag

my 88 mj front end is lower than the rear by about 1 1/2 inches will changing the springs help?
