Guess i'm going to the machine shop to get a bushing made. ID 0.5934 OD 1.000 Width 0.719

Ordered the new clutch set and the pilot bearing is the wrong size. I have a 89 ax-15 and a 91-95 4.0. Did a search and came up with a custom bearing, is that correct?

Trying to figure something out for the back. As fas as the seat being higher, it's 2-2 1/2" higher than the stock bench. I'm trying to reuse the stock seatbelts but havn't given it much thought on how to do it.

The front looks to be pretty easy. Image Not Found The rear brackets are going to take some work. The seat is setting down on the hump with alittle help from a BFH. Kind of snug getting in, but feels comfy when your seating at the helm. As far as the lever on the side, it's alittle tight but i can deal with it. So, that's where i'm at for now. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Tom

Does anyone have any pics of their brackets for these seats. I have my old seat out, got the brackets off and bolted back onto the floor. Got the new 2001 Dakota 40/20/40 seat inside the truck and that's all the more i got done. Thanks Tom

I wasn't sure if they were metric or standard. Planning on getting this back in over the long weekend.

Pulled the old 4.0 and the bolts were so b!tched up from the PO that i pitched them before checking the size. Anyone have any info on these or have a set layin' around? 4.0 AX-15 combo.

I was in the jeep when it went out, i thought for sure it was the tranny. Did a search when i got home and came up with the bolts in the flexplate came loose. WOW was i wrong. Looks like his MJ just turned into a donor for the DD. :D
