has anyone put chevy s10 bucket seats in a commanche, can the bench seat brackets be used?

Sorry I have the 2.5 2wd 4 speed

I have a 87 2wd sport truck 2.4 4cyl. I found a cherokee 4x4 same motor but with a 5 speed. My question do I need to change the rear end gears too match the front. Any info on this will help and how hard is this swap?
