  1. I am stumped on my clutch engagement. I have a 1986 2.5 5 speed and when i push the clutch pedel in to shift it in to gear, i have to push it all the way to the firewall. i have replaced the clutch master cyclinder and the slave cyclinder, and it still doing the samething. i have bleed it a ton and can't get it to change. i doesnt seem to me the the clutch it self is gone because don't usually when the clutch goes out it won't engage until you let out on the pedel all the way. Mine will engage as soon as i start let out the clutch. the only thing i can come up with is the pedel it shelf has to slop in it. Thanks Eric
  2. ok another question. when you look it up on ebay all the used one say they fit years 95-98. some with the brake master cylinder. so has long has it those years it will work right? thanks Eric
  3. ok so i need to replace my brake booster on my 1986 2.5 5speed comanche. i am want to upgade it to the newer sytle. but i am confused one which way is the easiest. so is it the wj or the zj. what i have read on here it sounds like the zj easiest route. but then i also read where it make it sound like the wj is the easiest way. so which one really it the easiest? your help would mean a lot thanks Eric
  4. you look on amazon the price on the JP4B tank with the tray is $204.47 and the JP4A tank it the one with out the pan it is $105.07. you get on Spectra website and they are both the same tank only differents is the pan.
  5. so i need a new tank for my 86 comanche 2.5L FI 5speed. there are to different tanks that are the same. the only differents are that one has a pan in the the bottom and the other one don't. the price for the one with the pan is a $100 more then the one with out. so my question is do i need the pan in the bottom or not??? thanks

  7. well the engine runs but not right now i have to put a new fuel tank and pump in. it has a holes and won't hold fuel long enough to even get it to stay running. but i have had it run... and thanks for the idea
  8. Hi guys i am new to the fourm and new to the comanches. i just bought a 1986 2.5 5speed tonight. One problem that it as beside it not running right now is. that when i hit the brakes the brake lights come on and the also the front marker light and the turn signals light up on the dash. The brake light and taillights work. but the turn signals don't work work at all either. So my question is do you guys have any ideas??? i thought maybe it was something to do with a ground problem. But don't know where to look the ground to check to see if they are good. thanks for any help. i am ready to get it on the road.
