Yea I live in northern Ohio which is rust central :/ but idk if it wud b easier to jus get a 90s or still look for the 88 m try to "modify" it??

I'm looking to purchase a 1988(birth year) or whatever year. Preferably with no rust & no major work to be done. Not asking for a brand new one but I would like to be able to drive it with no problems. My budget is around $1500 . Thx.
