87 comanche 4.0 The manche starts fine, runs great until it reaches operating temperature. It then proceeds to sputter and jerk and will shut off. It will however restart. I have been reading all of the forums, I've ohmed out all of the senors and checked voltages the TPS,cleaned the throttle body and IPS, the Coolant temperature switch, the MAP sensor voltage and the intake temperature sensor. I also noticed that that under the instrument panel I could here the brake vacuum leaking so I removed the hose from the Booster and pluged the line to no effect. I also replaced the Distributor, cap rotor plugs and wires. Like a lot of us, money is tight and I really don't want to just start replacing sensors. I don't need t drive it so I have time to work on it. Any ideas, It only happens when hot, I'm thinking Coolant temp switch, but I'm not sure.

Any luck Disturbed? My 87 Comanche 4.0 is loosing power on hills after we replaced the head gasket. I'm looking for the vacuum diagram to make sure that is correct. I will also check the fuel pressure. filter and pump are both new. I will also check the manifolds, and do a compression test. Anything else that might give a problem?
