So, in theory I should be able to take my old brackets off and the fey brackets will use the existing holes to bolt the new bumper up to?

Thanks a lot everyone. I wasn't sure if the Fey used those special brackets or if they used OEM brackets.

Hey guys, just want to say I have learned a lot through your site and am grateful for it. But I am currently having a problem and cannot seem to find any answers. At the end of November I was sitting in my MJ at a stoplight and a 16 year old girl hit me at about 30. Needless to say I have a pretty messed up bumper right now. I found a FEY replacement online for a reasonable price, the problem is that I cannot find the rear bumper mounts/ brackets anywhere. The ones on there now are FUBAR'd so I need to find some new ones. If anyone could help point me in a direction it would be much appreciated. Thanks!!
