  1. How about the 2.4l dohc they put in wranglers for a few years came with a 6 speed and a np231 I almost put one Into my mj a wile back wile looking for cool swaps. Plenty of aftermarket support plus they came factory turboed in neons and pt loosers.
  2. I decided to go with a ranger radiator from an 83 v6 its a tripple core and I'm running an electric fan. Grand cherokee upper rad hose and a custom lower. The best part is its an actual brass and copper radiator.
  3. No I got it with a blown 2.5 tbi engine mated to a ax5 with a 231 even had the command track logo on the back

  7. That I will do! Maybe even an all aluminum radiator would be a good idea? Either way the amount of time/money into building my 4.0 it'll stay cool!
  8. Well what i see is the brackets for the 2.5 radiator stick into the engine bay about 5-6 inches. And the last few days I've been looking up radiator sizes and an 83 ish ranger with a v6 its slightly bigger than the 2.5 rad bus its a 3 row. I'm gunna run an electric fan as well.
  9. So it looks like ill be looking for another radiator that will cool just as well but won't require me to change as much of the truck out.
  10. Hi all I'm in the middle of swapping a 88 renix 4.0 and ax15 out of an 96 into my mj know the firewall was redesigned in 87 to fit the 4.0 but what radiator are people who have done this swap using?
