1988 Comanche With Late Model Front Clip And Standard Or Turbo Diesel Drivetrain Monticello Ny

alright...let me be clear this is a PROJECT i am trying to get more pics of the comanche but it is 90 miles away...so here is what i have, i am trying to unload one of the drive trains plus the truck...i may consider selling just the truck, but i would prefer not unless i'm getting rid of a bunch of things at once...SO here is what i have

 

1988 MJ 2x4 with high miles.  4.0 drivetrain.  currently does not run...the starter is shot, but the motor turns over by hand with no issues.  the gas tank is sitting in the bed and it has the rear axle disconnected.  no exhaust.  it also has an 8.25 that someone installed upside down...no idea why, but it is not firmly bolted in place.  floor pans will need replacing, though they aren't terrible.  the bed is in okay shape, not rusty but has some dents and dings.  frame rails are beautiful, rockers and cab corners are solid...had a small dent in one of the corners that will probably pop out fairly easy.  it has no front fenders on it, but i have a full 98  clip, fenders and front bumper that would go with it.  truck needs paint...clip is white

PARTS FOR 4wd conversion as is

95 aw4 with a 242 transfer case

dana 30 complete with brakes

most of the linkages and such

 

Turbo Diesel Drivetrain:

1983 peugeot xd2s turbo diesel motor that was running when pulled

bellhousing adapter to ba 10/5 tranny and tcase

new clutch and some extra engine parts

to run this you would need to fab motor mounts and a spacer for the bellhousing, i can go into more details if you are intereste

 

99 xj drivetrain:

i have a complete 4.0 with an aw4 and a 242 tcase to go with it.  i have a pcm, tcu and a full engine bay harness...

 

SO my prices are as follows...they are fairly firm but a package would net you a better deal

 

truck with clip, fenders and bumper $700

tranny and 4wd parts $350

peugueot drivetrain $700 plus 100 for the dana 30

99 drivetrain $350 plus 100 for the dana 30...
