1986 Comanche 'x' Il/wi Border 2.5L, Ax5, 4X4 $1900 Obo

Just stopped and looked at this today... Been watching this thing since it hit my radar a few years ago. First time I saw it it was incredibly clean, getting the clutch slave replaced at a local shop.

 

Dad is selling it for his son. Talked to dad to get most of the story as he knew. Truck was originally a KY truck that was owned by his other son and his wife since new (?). They took real good care of it, used it for mild wheeling, and the age of the parts shows that there was some money spent at some time. Rear axle had been re-done, older Bilsteins on it, older repaint...

 

It got up here when his other son needed a truck and this was gifted to him. Admittedly, he said that this son has no mechanical abilities, and the truck went down hill. He drove it for 5 years. The midwest grabbed a hold of this thing hard, and it shows. 240K miles. 2.5L runs great. I didn't take it for a ride. 5 speed, 4x4, a/c (Didn't try). Currently has cluster issues because a well-meaning friend tried to change out the head unit and messed up the wiring bad.
