comancheon33
I just got 2 1988 sportrucks. Both are 2.5 AX4 2wds one is drivable now and the other is for parts, and not much more than that. Anyways the better of the two MJs I am touching up to drive and eventually sell to pay for more stuff on my 1991 Eliminator. I also just picked up a totalled 87 XJ for the 4.0 for a friend of mines 88 Pioneer MJ that is knocking. The interior of XJ is tan same as my sportruck,so I am taking the buckets and console to swap in (done it before no big deal). The XJ has the proper seat belt buckles for the buckets but are different that the MJ buckle style. Are seatbelt assemblies the same XJ to MJ? I would like to swap them because the PO had a busted passenger for two years and the right side seatbelt is nasty from exposure. Thanks in advance for the help.
