This is using my newly installed REM and reading through the XJBlueTalk app. O2 sensor voltage only fluctuates between 3.4-4.0v but never fluctuates outside that range. This would seem to tell me the o2 sensor is communicating with the ECU, but that the sensor is at the very least, lazy if not bad. vehicle runs okay, with a slight stumble off idle sometimes but never goes into closed loop and registers lean all the time.
