DirtyDeeds
hey guys I'm looking for a machinist who can help me out. I'm having to change the intake setup for my supercharger build and I need some steel throttle body plates made. Due to the destruction of hurricane Harvey here in south Texas I can't find anything down here. I just need a two 3/16-1/4 steel plates made that are in the shape of the square throttle body gaskets for the 4.0. Only stipulation is I need to be able to wield it. Can any one help?? FrankTheDog
Draw up a print and post it. Size of bolt pattern and wether you need through holes or threaded holes and diameter of throttle body bores.

HOrnbrod
That looks just like a stock 60mm HO throttle body gasket pic you posted. Same dimensions.....
Jeep Driver
You can make up those plates with simple hand tools in about an hour. Same plate as pictured here.
DirtyDeeds
making the plates not the issue, its finding somewhere that can cut out the blank 3¼x3¼ plates for me here in south Texas right now. Where I am is still highly affected by the hurricane and the steel supply isn't accepting small orders
MeanLemons
I can give you the phone number of a laser cutting shop here that my company use to order stuff... you give them then your drawing and they can laser cut however many pieces you want. They will ship it

Dzimm
If you just need blanks, what about an angle grinder with a cutoff wheel? Draw what you want on the steel and use it to cut it out. Then just drill your holes. Cutoff wheels are way cheaper than having them machined.
