Probably nothing to ground breaking, I'm just started to learn how to work on my MJ, a few months ago I replaced the CMC due to it leaking onto my fuse box, thought I fixed the issue, but it's infact the slave cylinder. Replaced my slave cylinder, bled it and everything, but there is still not much pressure in the clutch, so I'm guess the bad slave cylinder made my "new" CMC go bad.

Lots of guys swear by the pressurized bleeders too...  I wish I had one for all the times I've screwed around trying to bleed a clutch.

 

And you definitely don't have a leak anywhere still?  Because you didn't replace the clutch line...  They can crack, rust, chafe, rot, so make sure it's in good shape.
