omega_rugal
i changed the oil six months ago and now is black and muddy again, time for an oil change... last time i drained the oil pan with the truck sitting horizontally and i felt that some oil was left, and even sludge, if i lift the front tires do you think it will drain better? SBpunk
Lift front tires, drain oil, pour a bottle of sea foam while the drain plug is still open, seal it up and call it a day

Pete M
if i lift the front tires do you think it will drain better? yes. also don't let it go quite that long. when my 88 was a daily driver it got new oil every 2k. I could feel the power difference with new oil, that's how dirty the oil got. :(
desbennett004
Do you change it at operating temperature? That makes a big difference. Sent from my SM-N900W8 using Tapatalk
SBpunk
I never do but I change mine every 4 to 5k miles so doesn't have a chance to get too bad. Use a bottle of MMO every change also with a high compactly filter.
