DirtyComanche
Hmm, got a part number on those breather/vents you used for the PCV system on the XJ? I need to eliminate mine. It won't work anyways...
JeepcoMJ
that is single-handedly the cleanest, most awesome cheromanche conversion I have ever seen. welcome, and please, more info on BOTH of them!
RiCeMaN
Thanks all As for the breather vent filters they were generic ones i got from NAPA's import performance section and clamped them to the plastic peice coming out of valve cover. i think i modified or cut that peice to fit but it took less then five minutes. will do on more info and pics soon. my daughter just picked out the paint. it a custom color from NAPA looks to be a Dark blue Metalic with metal flakes. well see.. i was thinking volvo yellow or Dark blue Metalic. if yellow then i could name my jeeps lemon and lime :)
mfpdm
Aloha MJ is looking good and that XJ  Very Sweet. Like the lemon and lime idea. :D I use to travel out there quite often but changed jobs so no more. Still have some friends out there. Took me forever to learn how to say the state fish name, Humuhumunukunukuapua'a. :D Anyway, Welcome to the club

beaterjeep
Wow, shows how much I paid attention. I didn't even notice the use of an MJ tailgate :fool: . That just makes it even better of a conversion, again, both trucks are nice, and nicely executed.
jeepthing07
That looks like a CJ rollbar mounted backwards lol. It looks good with it removed.

I didn't even notice the use of an MJ tailgate The last 1 1/2 feet is all comanche except for floor and frame its the only way i could blend and use the tail gate and have it look factory. again thanks all 88swampedmj said: i think blue would look good man.. I'm thinking blue myself only because i wouldnt have to paint the door jambs since thier already dark metal flake blue. won't be the same color but pretty close. Thinking about throwing a KJ light bar up top what do you guys think? i know it would look pretty clean and ive heard they are pretty bright. rockhardzj
Love the lemon and lime idea, but you can make it blueberry and lime lol. I saw the KJ bar on a white MJ with the MOAB rims a while back, and I thought it was one of the cleanest looking MJ's I have ever seen. Made it stand out from the crowd for sure. Since I saw it, I have been throwing the KJ bar around as well. I'll see if I can find the MJ I was talking about...

rockhardzj
Yea, supposedly it's a perfect fit. I think theres another one on cardomain as well with one, but i can't remember.
RiCeMaN
Now that thing is clean. i like the euro light on the fender. i'm actually gonna use my MJ as triple duty tow rig / beach-runner /recovery truck. Once the rear coil overs are complete on the XJ it'll probably be a pain to drive down the freeway. I hope after my paint and everything is complete my MJ looks half as good as that thing

Wow, going coil over on the XJ, now that's a write up I'd like to see, and maybe possibly down the road take ideas from.
