rocketwheels
Front and rear offset? Bolt pattern ? And what other jeeps (and other makes) share the pattern? Reason I'm asking is my super cheap Western Wheels are starting to rust at the bead , causing the tires to leak down. They are probably a "day 2" owner added item and have aged to their limit. I have seen the aluminum grand cherokee wheels on mj, but thinking of ordering new versions of the old steel"wagon wheels" , don't know what the offsets are or the bolt pattern...... rocketwheels
In "other make" wheels, they need to be 15 inch as i have relatively new tires and a small budget
Pete M
stock MJ rims have a 5.25" backspacing. others that share that include the KJ, TJ, ZJ, YJ, XJ, and more.
Eagle
stock MJ rims have a 5.25" backspacing. others that share that include the KJ, TJ, ZJ, YJ, XJ, and more. Yep. Most are 15x7, the early base model steel wheels were 15x6 (not sure on the backspacing for those, maybe the same). Bolt circle is 5x4-1/2". Remember that OEM Jeep rims are "hub-centric," which means that the canter hole is a tight fit around that raised ring on the gub. There are other makes of wheels, both brand OEM (like Ford Ranger) as well as aftermarket, that have 5x4-1/2" bolt circle but aren't hub-centric. Some have the canter hole too large, others it's too small.

rocketwheels
There was a set of the lace pattern alumn wheels from a grand cherokee somewhat local for 75$ , id rather have steel wheels so I'm gonna keep looking. That steel wheel on the early 2000s wranglers would do nice.....are they 15 or 16 inch?

deziped1
In the wheel listing hornbrod provided offset is shown as a letter, L, H/M etc.. Can someone decifer those to an equivlent inch measurement. I'm hoping I can cut down on JY snooping time. Obviously I'm not to familiar with wheel specs so clarification appreciated.
