reubj
I'm about to replace the front shocks on my MJ that has about 140k miles. While I'm under there are there any fairly easy suspension parts that I should replace? Nothing is broken or way out of whack, just normal wear and tear. Thanks for the suggestions. Megadan
Inspect the bushings and see if they are severely cracked or missing chunks of rubber. Never hurts to give the ball joints and tie rod ends a good shake either.
Eagle
The easiest thing to replace in the front suspension is the shocks. There is nothing else that you should even consider working on "while [you're] under there." The shocks are easy -- everything else is work.
