tarmac2dirt
Hello, Well as the topic states, I hear a clicking on the drivers side. Sounds just like a relay clicking around the door jamb area, its been doing this for 8/9 months. Is there a relay in that area or could it be something else. I am curious to know before I start taking the interior all apart, maybe for nothing. Thanks

gogmorgo
There are lots of relays under the dash... If you mean behind the driver's seat, (my understanding is the jamb applies to both hinge and latch side of the door) there is a speaker there on some models which could be broadcasting a short of some kind I suppose. AMCJeepMJ
I have an intermittent clicking as well coming from the fuse area that I have been living with for 3-4 years. Doesn't seem to be affecting the performance or drivability. It only seems to make the sound as I am driving at low speeds or stopped in traffic (naturally) and have not been able to reproduce it while stopped. Does the horn being engaged cause a click in the fuse area? I have no actual horns in the factory spots out front since 2008, only an aftermarket airhorn wired separately. The clicking started after a replacement steering column was installed in late 2012. Additionally, sorry about the threadjack.
