johnj92131
1987 Cherokee/Comanche full guage cluster. The one with the blue numbers on the tach and speedo. I went up to L.A. today because a yard said they had one from an 87 for sure. Well, after driving 159 miles one way, they had a 1990 with white and black tach face. But zero on the tach was at 9 o'clock. Not what I was looking for.
Minuit
That reminds me. Do any 91-96 6cyl XJs have full clusters with about 151,500 give or take a few hundred on them?

It was not a thread, rather just a post or two in a cluster conversion(?) thread. May take me a some time, but I will see about finding it. Also, I have a couple of extra clusters, I will see what they read.
NHMJXJ
Been looking for a an OEM replacement drivers seat base cover in agate 97-01 XJ. Seems the vinyl on the side of the seat base always cracks/splits from entry and exit. If there's a rip free one, I'm all over it!

KCsurfer420
Can you check and see if any of the 97 Xj's have the cruise control switches on the steering wheel? But the switches MUST be from a 97 or they won't work for me... Let me know please. Thanks

johnj92131
You Can NOT use a drill to change the odometer reading on the 91+. REASON? It is electronic - not cable driven! Want to change th 91+ odometer reading? See the link in post # 9 of this thread. How can you tell a 91+ from the earlier instrument cluster from 10 yards? Look at the color of the plastic case. White = 1991+ Blue = EARLY
